FREEMAN FIELDHOUSE

DKAD is working with the Borough of Glen Ridge on a series of much-needed upgrades to the Freeman Fieldhouse at Hurrell Field.  Built in the 1940s, the building provides support services for the high school athletes and local residents who utilize the field.

Phase I includes rehabilitation of the Girls Locker Room including new fixtures and finishes, improved lighting and HVAC, and new custom lockers.

LAKE HOUSE

We're excited to be working on a modest lakeside retreat in Sussex County.  The project will employ a high performance building envelope and aims to be near Net Zero Energy Consumption.

ST. TERESA OF AVILA

DKAD is pleased to be assisting the parish at St. Teresa of Avila in Summit with an office space planning exercise and subsequent interior alteration work to help them improve the efficient usage of their facilities.
